Each Ecuca Kaftan piece is made entirely to order in our Dubai atelier, with hand-embroidery sourced and applied by specialist artisans. Please allow 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. Every order is a commission.

Care & Maintenance
Dry clean only. Entrust to a specialist experienced with TENCEL/Lyocell and hand-embroidery. Steam on low with a professional garment steamer. Never iron directly on the fabric. Store in a breathable cotton garment bag away from light. Cedar balls recommended.
Avoid perfumes and hairsprays. Blot spills gently, never rub.

Complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders. Local import duties may apply. Upon ordering, our team will contact you via WhatsApp with personal updates as your kaftan progresses.
Returns 10-day exchange policy on standard sizes, original unworn condition.
