All pieces at Tanisha Rada are made entirely to order.

— The Rosetta Silk Bow Kaftan is dispatched within 5–7 days.
— The Cocora Kaftan, Ecuca Kaftan, and Garnet Silk Gown require 4–6 weeks for dispatch due to specialist hand-embroidery.

Tanisha Rada offers complimentary worldwide shipping on all orders.

We ship worldwide. Estimated delivery timeframes once dispatched:

— UAE: Same day or next business day
— GCC Countries: 2–3 business days
— Europe & USA: 5–7 business days

Once your order has been dispatched you will receive a confirmation email containing your tracking information.

For international orders, customs duties and import taxes may apply upon arrival in your country. These charges are the sole responsibility of the recipient and are not included in the order total.

If your order has not arrived within the expected timeframe please contact us at contact@tanisharada.com and we will investigate promptly.

We accept return requests submitted within 10 days of the delivery date. Requests received after this period will not be eligible.

To qualify for a return or exchange, items must be:

— Unworn, unwashed, and unaltered
— In their original condition with all tags attached
— Returned in their original packaging

The following are not eligible for return or exchange:

— Custom or made-to-order pieces
— Items purchased during promotional events

Contact us at contact@tanisharada.com within your 10-day window with your order number and reason for return. Our team will respond within 2 business days.

We are happy to facilitate an exchange for a different size where stock permits. Please indicate your preferred size when contacting us.

Approved refunds will be processed to your original payment method within 7–10 business days. Original shipping fees are non-refundable.

Return shipping costs are the responsibility of the customer unless the item received was incorrect or faulty.
