Each Garnet Silk Gown piece is made entirely to order in our Dubai atelier, with hand-embroidery sourced and applied by specialist artisans. Please allow 4–6 weeks from order confirmation to dispatch. Every order is a commission.

We offer custom sizing and length adjustments. Contact our Concierge before placing your order.
Care & Maintenance
— Dry clean only. Entrust to a professional experienced with luxury silk and hand-embroidery.
— Allow 24 hours rest between wears so silk fibers recover their shape.
— Steam on low with a professional garment steamer. Never iron directly on the fabric.
— Store in a breathable cotton garment bag away from light. Cedar balls recommended.
— Avoid perfumes and hairsprays. Blot spills gently — never rub.

10-day exchange policy on standard sizes, original unworn condition.
